Spent a day in April brewing 10 glorious gallons of a SNPA Clone. Yes this is my favorite type of beer so thats what I am going to brew!!!!
I transferred the 10 into 2 different service tanks. 1 I dried hopped with Amarillo used priming sugar and the other with my traditional Cascade hops and carbing it in the refrigerator.
Going to fun trying the differences.
